HOUSE RULES
1. CHECK IN WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 16PM TO 20PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.
2. CHECK OUT WILL TAKE PLACE AT 12AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
3. THE NUMBER OF TENANTS OF THE FLAT MAY NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT WAS STIPULATED WHEN BOOKING THE FLAT THROUGH THE BOOKING.COM PLATFORM.
4. THE DAY OF ARRIVAL IS REQUIRED.
a. ID OF THE PERSON WHO RENTED THE FLAT AND OF ALL PERSONS WHO WILL BE REGISTERED.
b. PAY THE DEPOSIT OF 150 € FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 3 DAYS AND 300 € FOR STAYS OF MORE THAN 3 DAYS.
5. THE FLAT WILL BE HANDED OVER CLEAN AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE HANDED OVER IN THE SAME CONDITIONS. OTHERWISE THE DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
a. CLEAN THE KITCHEN AND LEAVE ALL THE UTENSILS CLEAN AND IN THEIR PLACE.
b. DISHWASHER AND WASHING MACHINE MUST BE EMPTY.
5. THE CLIENT IS OBLIGED TO BEHAVE IN A CIVIL MANNER AND TO RESPECT THE BASIC RULES FOR STAYING IN A PROPERTY. OTHERWISE GRANXOLA FLATS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE ABANDONMENT OF THE FLAT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE RIGHTS TO COMPENSATION BY GRANXOLA FLATS, OR REFUND THE MONEY OF THE RESERVATION OR THE DEPOSIT.
a. IT IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT NOT TO MAKE NOISE (VOICES, MUSIC, ETC.) AFTER 9 PM.
b. PARTIES IN THE FLATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
c. ONLY PERSONS WHO ARE REGISTERED IN THE FLAT ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE FLATS.
d. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO INVITE TO THE FLATS PERSONS NOT REGISTERED IN THE GRANXOLA FLATS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Granxola Apartments, at the normal rate, the client can cancel the booking free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival.
The client will have to pay the total price of the booking if he/she cancels during the 5 days before the arrival date.
Granxola Apartments will charge the customer the full amount once the free cancellation period is over.
In the non-refundable rate, the client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels at any time.
Granxola Apartments, will charge the customer the full amount of the prepayment at the time of booking.
PAYMENT POLICY
Granxola Apartments will charge the customer the full amount of the prepayment before the end of the free cancellation period.
In the non-refundable rate, the client will have to pay the total price of the reservation once the booking is made.
The following methods of payment are accepted at the Granxola flats
1.- Cash up to an amount not exceeding 1000€.
2.- VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
3.- We do not accept any other type of card such as AMERICAN EXPRESS or DINERS.
